LA RINASCENTE – MILANO SANTA GIULIA, MILAN ITALY
The project is a mixed use building located at the center of the Milano Santa Giulia development which contains 1.2 million square meters of newly built space. Milano Santa Giulia is located in Milan, 4km away from the city center. Main transport routes, including a high-speed railway station, an underground metro station, the airport of Linate and the private airfield of ATA ensure great access. Lord Norman Foster was appointed to create the master plan of the entire development. It offers extensive green areas of over 35% of the total surface. The aim is to ensure a high quality of life. The building is situated at the center of the commercial area encompassing all elements of urban functions such as shopping, working, living, entertaining, etc.
